USA Jobsline assumes no responsibility for the content of any job listing or website that is either included in USA Jobsline’s search results or linked to by USA Jobsline.com.

Forums
The USA Jobsline message boards, other forums as well as other opportunities to post hosted by USA Jobsline and its designees (collectively, the “Forums”) are designed to help readers obtain career and company information and discuss ways to make career decisions. This information is provided by outside contributors, many of whom use anonymous screen names. They may occasionally post messages or make statements that are misleading, deceptive, or downright wrong. USA Jobsline does not endorse and is not responsible for any opinion, advice, information, or statement made or displayed on the Forums by third parties.
Users of the Forums must not post content or information that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or that contains sexual, ethnic or racial or other discriminating slurs, or material which contains no relevant or constructive content or which goes beyond profanity into obscenity or abhorrence. Users are also prohibited from posting any proprietary information, trade secrets or confidential information. Users may not post any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited commercial communication (except as otherwise expressly permitted by us), or engage in spamming or flooding.

USA Jobsline does not claim ownership of information, data, text or other materials submitted by third parties (collectively, “Materials”). SUCH LIMITATION SHALL FURTHER APPLY WITH RESPECT TO THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF THE USA Jobsline SERVICES OR AMA MAFORMATION OR MERCHANDISE THAT APPEARS ON, OR IS LMAKED OR RELATED MA AMA WAY TO, THE USA Jobsline SERVICES. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDMAG AMA FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF AMA LIMITED REMEDY AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall USA Jobsline or its licensors be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
Claims of Copyright Infringement
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by USA Jobsline infringe your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked. These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by USA Jobsline.
